Why Bravo

Privacy

Privacy Policy.

The short version: we collect what we need to answer you,
we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

01

Who we are

Why Bravo is a revenue growth firm for construction and manufacturing businesses. This policy covers the Why Bravo website and the tools on it — the contact form, the playbook download, the pipeline calculator, and our visitor analytics.

02

What we collect

Contact form: your name, work email, company, and the message you send us.

Playbook download: your name, work email, and company, so we can send you the playbook and know who's reading it.

Pipeline calculator: nothing. The figures you enter stay in your browser and are never sent to us or stored.

Visitor analytics, only if you tap Allow: which pages you visit, which links you click, roughly how long you spend on a page, your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. We never record what you type into forms or the calculator.

03

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, send you the playbook, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. That's the list. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything else.

04

Analytics choices

Analytics only run if you tap Allow on the notice. Tap Decline and nothing is tracked. You can change your mind any time via “Privacy preferences” in the footer — it brings the notice back so you can choose again.

05

Where it's stored

Form submissions and analytics are stored securely in our website backend, accessed only by the Why Bravo team. Analytics records are kept for up to 90 days and then removed. Enquiries and playbook requests are kept while they're useful to our relationship with you.

If you book a call, that's handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.

06

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email steve@whybravo.com and we'll take care of it.

07

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page. Last updated: November 2026.
